Terms of Service
Last updated: May 12, 2026
These terms cover Relly's resume workspace, ATS reports, career documents, Interviewing prep, grounded AI assistance, exports, subscriptions, credits, and preparation-only boundaries.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Relly, including the website, authenticated app, resume tools, ATS reports, career document workflows, Interviewing prep content, rehearsal features, billing, support, APIs where available, and related services.
By creating an account, signing in, starting a subscription, buying credits, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Relly.
2. What Relly provides
Relly provides preparation software for job seekers. Product features may include resume creation, resume import, structured resume editing, resume versions, ATS checks, job-target workflows where available, career documents, exports, Interviewing packs, answer cards, personalized study outlines, practice feedback, readiness tracking, billing, and usage credits.
Relly's AI features help rewrite, organize, critique, and personalize materials from user-provided evidence. Outputs are drafts and recommendations for review, not final professional advice.
The service does not guarantee interviews, job offers, hiring outcomes, recruiter responses, compensation outcomes, uninterrupted provider access, or acceptance by any applicant tracking system.
3. Accounts, workspaces, and responsibility
You are responsible for your account, workspace, workspace users, resume data, job-search materials, uploaded files, prompts, interview answers, notes, exports, payment information, and all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your login credentials, manage workspace access carefully, and review outputs before using them in resumes, applications, messages, interviews, job boards, or external systems.
If you invite others into a workspace, you are responsible for ensuring they are allowed to access the workspace content and for managing their role or removal.
4. Truthful evidence and AI outputs
Relly is designed to help you turn real resume evidence into clearer application materials and more realistic interview preparation. You may not use the service to fabricate employers, degrees, certifications, dates, metrics, skills, references, accomplishments, work authorization, interview experiences, or any other material fact.
You are responsible for deciding whether AI-generated summaries, bullets, cover letters, answer outlines, ATS findings, and feedback are accurate, appropriate, and lawful for your use. You should edit or reject outputs that are wrong, misleading, unsupported, or not in your voice.
AI-generated summaries, recommendations, draft copy, scores, reports, and audit findings may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as legal, financial, compliance, career, hiring, immigration, or tax advice.
5. Interviewing is preparation-only
Relly's Interviewing features are for preparation, study, personalization, and rehearsal before interviews. They may include interviewer expectations, answer cards, persona perspectives, follow-up prompts, practice scoring, transcripts, and feedback where available.
You may not use Relly for live interview whispering, real-time answer assistance, impersonation, covert recording, bypassing assessment rules, or any conduct prohibited by an employer, school, testing provider, interview platform, or applicable law.
Company-style packs, employer examples, role expectations, or recently asked question references are study materials only. Relly is not endorsed by any employer, school, job board, applicant tracking system, or interview platform unless explicitly stated.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Relly to break platform rules, generate deceptive content, misrepresent identity or source, violate privacy rights, process data without permission, infringe intellectual property, upload malware, interfere with the service, probe security controls, or run abusive automation.
You may not scrape paid content, resell answer cards, bulk-export professional content, create competing datasets from Relly content, automate account creation, or use the service in a way that creates unusual provider cost or risk.
We may suspend, throttle, remove content, or limit access if we believe activity is fraudulent, abusive, harmful, unlawful, unusually costly, or risky to users, providers, Relly, or third parties.
7. Your content and license to operate the service
You retain ownership of resumes, uploads, job descriptions, career profile data, prompts, notes, answers, and other content you submit or create in Relly.
You grant Relly the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, transform, export, secure, support, and improve the service using your content. This includes sending selected content to service providers when needed to run features you request.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, and use the content you provide, including third-party personal data, job descriptions, transcripts, or employer materials.
8. Relly content and intellectual property
Relly and its software, designs, product workflows, prompts, reports, scoring logic, Interviewing packs, answer cards, professional content, templates, branding, and service materials are owned by Relly or its licensors.
Subject to your plan and these Terms, Relly grants you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service and its outputs for your own job-search preparation and career-readiness purposes.
You may not copy, publish, sell, sublicense, train competing systems on, or redistribute Relly's paid content, answer-card library, prompt content, reports, or product materials except as expressly allowed by the product.
9. Subscriptions, billing, and credits
Plans may include usage credits, limits, locked content, export allowances, AI workflow access, Interviewing pack access, document limits, resume limits, or other entitlements. Relly enforces plan limits in the app and on the server.
Credits are a usage accounting mechanism, not stored value, money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or property. Credits may expire, reset, be limited to a workspace, or be subject to plan terms.
We may adjust plans, credit pricing, workflow costs, limits, and included allowances prospectively. Unless required by law or expressly stated, subscriptions, used credits, unused credits, credit packs, and provider-backed workflow runs are non-refundable.
10. Third-party services and external platforms
Relly depends on third-party services, including infrastructure, database, authentication, storage, payments, workflow orchestration, email, SMS, caching, vector search, AI, analytics, error monitoring, fraud prevention, and other managed services.
Third-party services may change, suspend, rate limit, return errors, produce unexpected outputs, change pricing, or stop providing data. We are not responsible for third-party service failures, changes, pricing, policies, availability, or data accuracy.
You are responsible for reviewing third-party platform rules before using Relly outputs in external systems, job boards, messages, websites, application portals, assessments, or interviews.
11. Changes, suspension, and deletion
You may stop using Relly at any time. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including beta features, provider-backed workflows, content packs, exports, or integrations.
We may preserve, restrict, or delete account or workspace data according to our policies, legal obligations, security needs, billing records, audit requirements, and the Privacy Policy.
If a workspace, account, subscription, or provider connection is suspended or closed, some features, exports, locked content, credits, or historical records may no longer be available.
12. Disclaimers, liability, law, and contact
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that data, AI outputs, recommendations, ATS reports, Interviewing content, provider responses, workflow results, exports, scores, or reports will be complete, current, error-free, accepted by third parties, or suitable for your specific use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, lost income, employment decisions, application outcomes, interview outcomes, provider outages, or third-party platform decisions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact channel listed on the Relly website or app. These Terms are a product template and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on them as final legal terms.
